Every Nigerian should have access to primary health care, safe drinking water and eye care.
Mission
Establish in partnership high quality sustainable and replicable models in primary health care, provision of safe drinking water and eye care in each of the 6 geo-political zones of Nigeria.
Nigeria,
though blessed with abundant resources,
has a large number of people who are deprived
of minimum social services. All government
efforts to remedy the situation are rendered
inadequate by the ever increasing population.
A child under the age of five dies every
minute. Immunization coverage for infants
and children is meager. Maternal mortality
is one of the highest in the world. Good
healthcare facilities are few. 70 to 80%
of child deaths are due to malaria, diarrhea
and respiratory infections combined with
inadequate nourishment.
Nigeria ranks 158 among 175 countries on
the HDR Index.

the government and the community to
work for the betterment of the society.
TCF interventions span 3 critical areas
