Education : Post Graduation in Management.
Age : 40 – 48 years.
Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, commercial negotiations, high computer literacy and accuracy of data management.
Experience : Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in handling Logistics and Administration functioning in Small / Medium Service Industry. |

| Principal Accountability |
| |
- Overall responsible for all the administrative and Logistics functions in Nigeria.
- To ensure proper inventory management, procurement and supply of all materials in Nigeria.
- Government Liaison and compliance under all statutory provisions, interactions with donors
- Setting up effective Administrative & Logistical function, control systems and procedures
- Asset Management
- Facility Management at all sites

Eye Care |
| |
Director – Eye Care with MS/DNB/FRCS or equivalent qualifications with a minimum of 15 years experience. Candidates must have a sound clinical experience in Comprehensive Ophthalmology and be proficient in SICS and Phacoemulsification. Candidates with additional training/Fellowship in Glaucoma/Pediatric Ophthalmology/Cornea will be preferred. |

| Responsibilities |
| |
- Overall responsible for the Eye Care Program
- Overall responsible for the welfare of the patients and the clinical outcome.
- Responsible for the proper maintenance of patient records
- Will be expected to take on some research topic and submit papers/posters to be forwarded to National and International Symposia/Journals gram
- Expected to perform high quality high volume SICS surgery with IOL implantation when required
- Expected to perform surgery for glaucoma in deserving cases
- May need to perform a few ptyerigium surgery’s in deserving cases
- Must be proficient in administering intra-vitreal drugs if required
- May be called upon to travel to the other units of the foundation to do surgery or to support the surgeon there.
- Will be responsible to ensure that all protocols are followed
- He would have to visit each project once a quarter,
- Will be part of policy decision and strategy.
- Budgeting, Inventor Control, Ordering and distribution.
- Would be responsible for developing new projects.
- Designing academic programs.
- Will represent the Foundation in the Vision 2020 and any other Governmental or Non-Governmental forum as called upon.
- Will develop donor relationship in the event of the donor or its representative visiting the unit.
- Will be asked to teach both paramedical staff and doctors as per prescribed protocols
- Administration functions like leave, any grievances of his surgeons and program managers or any other staff

Ophthalmic
Surgeons :
Qualification : FRCS / M.S. (Ophthal.)
/ DNB / DOMS
Experience :
- Have performed over 1000 Small Incision
Cataract Surgeries independently in reputable
hospitals or minimum of 2 years experience.
- Fellowship in Phaco-emulsification surgery
would be appreciated but is not essential.
